On April 25, 2022, the Cal/OSHA Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board voted to approve the third readoption of the COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards (“ETS”). This revised ETS makes certain important changes to the current law, including easing rules around testing and cleaning. The changes are scheduled to take effect on May 6, 2022. We will provide further details at that time.
