In line with the recent trend regarding COVID-19 regulations, the New York State Health Department revised its COVID-19 guidanceon September 14, 2022, to state that it is following the CDC’s new guidance for isolation and exposure. Under the CDC’s revised guidance, announced on August 11, 2022, individuals exposed to COVID-19 should wear a “high-quality” mask for 10 days and test after the fifth full day following exposure, regardless of vaccination status.
