The last few weeks have seen seismic shifts in the COVID-19 workplace safety landscape. Below is a state-by-state summary of some of the most important changes (and continued requirements):
TSA Update
On March 10, 2022, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) announced that it will continue to require the use of face masks on public transportation through at least April 18, 2022. This decision was made in consultation with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The TSA and CDC will continue to work together to determine if or when it is safe to modify the face mask requirements.
