Q: Who can earn CLE credit after completing Traliant courses?
Only attorneys licensed in eligible US state bar jurisdictions may earn CLE credit through Traliant’s courses.
Traliant does not support CLE credit for bar licenses outside the United States or specialty bars such as the Patent bar.
Traliant can assist with earning CLE credit in 14 jurisdictions. They are the following:
GA, CA, IL, NC, NE, OH, PA, OR, TX, CO, FL, KY, WA, WV.
In all other jurisdictions, attorneys self-report without assistance from a CLE provider, the jurisdiction does not have a CLE requirement, or Traliant’s courses are not accredited for CLE credit.
The following courses are eligible for CLE credit. Note: These are the names accredited with the various states’ bar associations, but the name of the course may be changed in your Learning Management System.

Q: How do I earn CLE credit for GA, CA, IL, NC, NE, OH, PA, OR, TX.
In these jurisdictions, the CLE provider (Traliant) can submit your attendance on your behalf.
After completing a course, you will receive a certificate of completion in your email inbox. This certificate acts as your verification of course completion.
If your organization has established a system for reporting attendance with Traliant, you will only need to retain this certificate of attendance for record-keeping. Traliant will already submit your attendance to the respective jurisdiction for you.
If your organization has not established a system for reporting attendance or you believe that your attendance was not properly recorded, you can email ContinuingEducation@Traliant.com with your certificate of completion and your attorney license number. Traliant will submit your attendance on your behalf with this information.
Q: How do I earn CLE credit for CO, FL, KY, WA, WV.
In these jurisdictions, attorneys self-submit attendance with a course code provided by Traliant. .
The course code can be found on the certificate of attendance sent to your email inbox after you complete a course. You may also email ContinuingEducation@Traliant.com for assistance.
